Our story · in 90 seconds
We built it for ourselves first.
We've been selling on Amazon India since 2021. Kitchen appliances, home goods, a bit of beauty. Good months, bad months, months where we thought we'd made ₹40,000 and found out on payout day the real number was minus ₹8,000.
The problem wasn't our numbers. It was every tool we tried. The international ones didn't understand GST or TCS. The Indian ones felt like Excel with a login page, or they'd quietly aggregate our data and hand competitive intelligence to our competitors. The good tools were expensive and still got the India-specific details wrong — replacement orders, multi-unit partial returns, eway bills.
So we stopped waiting. We built the tool we wished existed — near-live profit, every fee traced, GST split CGST/SGST/IGST per order, TCS tracked as reclaimable, FBA reimbursements auto-detected and auto-filed. We used it ourselves for a year. Then we tested it with a dozen trusted sellers. Then we quietly started building more — keyword research, PPC automation, restock forecasts, audit defense.
