Our story · in 90 seconds
We built it for ourselves first.
We've been selling on Amazon India since 2021. Kitchen appliances, home goods, a bit of beauty. Good months, bad months, months where we thought we'd made ₹40,000 and found out on payout day the real number was minus ₹8,000.
The problem wasn't our numbers. It was every tool we tried. The international ones didn't understand GST or TCS. The Indian ones felt like Excel with a login page — and with some, we could never quite tell where our own sales data was going, which is why strict per-seller isolation became a founding principle of Seller Wolf. The good tools were expensive and still got the India-specific details wrong — replacement orders, multi-unit partial returns, eway bills.
So we stopped waiting. We built the tool we wished existed — near-live profit, every fee traced, GST split CGST/SGST/IGST per order, tax withholdings tracked separately, FBA reimbursements auto-detected with claim-ready evidence. We used it ourselves for a year. Then we tested it with a dozen trusted sellers. Then we quietly started building more — keyword research, PPC suggestions, restock forecasts, audit defense.
Now we're opening Seller Wolf up. Carefully. To sellers who deserve a tool built by people who've been on the other side of Seller Central at 2 AM trying to figure out why margins vanished.

How we validate
Every feature is stress-tested in our own Amazon business first.
Before anything ships, we use it in our own storefront for weeks. If the number doesn't match our settlement, it doesn't ship. If a feature saves us a weekend, it ships. If an alert wakes us up at 2 AM for a hijacker — and we catch it before the BSR drops — it ships.
Today, a handful of trusted early beta sellers are running Seller Wolf in production alongside us. They hold us to our own bar. We'd rather ship something that actually works to twelve sellers than ship something half-finished to twelve thousand.
